Laura Reale | Managing Director – San Francisco Bay Area Practice | The Siegfried Group, LLP

A Leadership Advisor, Certified High Performance Coach and passionate speaker, Laura has been at the forefront of helping Fortune 500 and emerging growth executives transform themselves to become better leaders of their organizations and their lives.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, business development, relationship building, and helping others find how to perform at a high level, Laura has learned that leadership is a way of life. A frequent speaker at industry and client events, Laura brings a positive and inspiring energy to her message, which often focuses on helping others define and pursue the best version of themselves.

After graduating from Ohio University, Laura began her career at Ernst & Young and then moved into a business development role at a software company. Following this, she was a National Accounts Manager for a leading triathlon brand and then demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit as a Founder and CEO of her own small business.

Laura lives in the San Francisco Bay area, has two precocious daughters, is an Ironman triathlete and believes in Chasing Possibility.

Eric Ryan | Co Founder & CEO | Olly PBC

Eric makes soap. Really nice smelling soap that's non-toxic and good for the planet. It’s really beautiful, too. He and his high school buddy Adam started method in 2001 and have since built it into a global industry leader for both design and sustainability. Most recently Eric has shifted from soap maker to pill pusher with the launch of OLLY a new start-up with the goal of disrupting the nutritional supplement category.Eric has been named an eco-leader by Vanity Fair, an eco-revolutionary by Time Magazine, PETA's Person of the Year, a recipient of the Clinton Global Citizen Award and was named to Fortune’s 40 under 40. Sadly, he is now over 40.

Dash Victor | Controller | Docker, Inc

Dash Victor is currently the Controller at Docker, a fast-growing enterprise software company that started the movement to agile development through software containers, and is valued at over $1.4 Billion. Prior to Docker, he was the Assistant Controller at Square, the highly successful payments company, from the startup phase through the IPO process. Prior to these in-house roles, he was a Consultant for The Siegfried Group and an Audit Manager at Deloitte. He is a CPA, holds an MBA from Berkley-Haas School of Business, and a Masters in Accounting and BS-Business from UNC Chapel-Hill.

“We meet our KIDS where they are. We take our KIDS where they need to go. We treat EVERYONE with respect and dignity.” Over 57 years ago, a group of deeply committed parents created a space where their children could engage, learn and grow, regardless of their challenges. Today, AchieveKids provides special education and mental health services to students between the ages of 5 and 22 at their school campuses in Palo Alto and San Jose. AchieveKids utilizes the Learning for Life goals to foster greater independence. Our community members work to create Awareness, to nurture one’s Ability to learn, to develop a sense of Advocacy, and to enhance an individual’s Agility.

The Siegfried Group is excited to work with AchieveKids. There will be an opportunity to donate in support of AchieveKids at this event.
